Trama, 1997-2023

                 In the processional route conjured by the exhibition, in the corridor that connects the different spaces at Galeria Luisa Strina, there is a set of 14 works titled Trama* (1997-2023). In a reference to the 14 stations of Via Dolorosa [Way of Sorrows], the work is a series of collages made from peach skin layered and woven together. These works evoke bodies, mosaics and stained glasses, and are related to the video-performance Exposição I [Exhibition I] (1999-2007).
